About the event
Genealogical and historical research helps us to visualise the lives of our forebears and answer longstanding mysteries. A deeper understanding of people and places can be achieved that builds a sense of respect and belonging. This knowledge can be preserved for future generations.
Jonathan Lodge of Resurgam Genealogy demonstrates how genealogical research techniques can be used to break through family history ‘brick walls’. Typical examples might include research into one family line over a number of generations, or research into a certain number of ancestors or descendants from an individual.
